Ancient Villa as B&B on Tuscany hills
The villa from last century, is four levels of 800 smq area and 20 rooms inside, it was completely and cleverly restored, maintaining the antique attraction, floors in (fired) brick with original floral designs, stairs in Fiorenzola stone. The inside walls are frescoed in Liberty Style and are attributed to the painter Amedeo Chini. The building is part of an agriculture company with 20 acres of land in Cignano of Luterano close to Florence. The area is placed in the Tosco -Romagnolo Appenines on 400 mt. above sea level. An area considered “mystic” since the middle ages. The garden of 2000smq size includes a beautiful pool and spaces for solarium and outside breakfast.
As B&B:
B&B puts at guests disposition 5 comfortable and welcoming double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and hydro-massage showers (one equipped for guests with handicaps), a junior suite and an apartment completely equipped for weekly stays. There is a large lounge cum breakfast room with an area for reading and conversation around the stone fire place and a big table where breakfast is served.
Furnished and decorated in a style that reflects the atmosphere of the house. On request, guests can have an exclusive well-being & cosmetic treatment in the privacy and comfort of their own room carried out by expert professionals. In the winter months, in order to respect old traditions and sensible to fuel saving, all rooms in the B&B are heated by fireplaces and wood stoves.
