Stone-house already renovated, from the 1206 with medieval tower annex, named Tor Procopio , placed in the Monte Tezio Natural Park, far few minutes from the center of Perugia. The house has been recently restored maintaining and restoring original materials, stone, wood and  cotto floors, and according to current earthquake standards. It is a third story building with size 300 square meters and comes with a shared 700 smq  gross area.
